Of course Channel 17 - Public Access for Silver City - remains the soul of CATS! and your voice and vision. CATS! provides training, equipment and facilities to enable YOU to create your own non-commercial programs for broadcast on CATS! We are presently working on a small studio to enable more people to more easily create programs by "shooting live to tape" for broadcast on CATS! without editing. Revisit us soon for updates.
